Site-wide Rules

  1. Your account's security is your responsibility. You will not share your username and password with someone else.
  2. You are responsible and liable for what you post. Any content posted in Pagbilhan are representative of their respective users' views.
  3. You will respect other people's right to personal privacy and will not post any other person's identifying information, but your own.
  4. You will not use the site to convey, promote, disseminate, whether directly or indirectly, profanity, vulgarity, libelous content, defamatory content, inaccurate content, obscenity, hostile remarks, or any form of 'hate speech', bigotry, discrimination, and the likes.
  5. You will not use the site to violate any law, nor discuss or promote illegal activities.
  6. You will not post, nor link to copyrighted content, unless the legal copyright-owners have made it freely available to the general public, or you have been given consent to do so.
  7. You will not use the forums to trade items or services, nor to post advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes or solicitations of any kind.
  8. Use of Pagbilhan's services implies that you've read, understood and agreed to the mentioned rules.
  9. Any post that violates any of the mentioned rules may be deleted by the moderators with or without notice.

Item Posting Rules

  1. You will not post items in the trading section that do not fall under any of the defined categories.
  2. By posting items in the trading section, you guarantee that your item has been legally purchased or acquired. Pagbilhan will not be liable for any false, misleading or inaccurate representations by its users.
  3. Including brand names, company logos or trademarks into your item's name other than the specific brand name, logo or trademark used by the item's manufacturing company is not allowed.
  4. Performing item comparisons in the title is not allowed.
  5. Posting of potentially infringing items is not allowed unless you explicitly indicate that you are a legal reseller of the item, or the legal copyright owner of the item.
